At Castor Beauty, your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns of new or gently used products within 15 days of the original purchase date.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be purchased directly from Castor Beauty
  • Products must be returned with original packaging when possible
  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required (NO exceptions)

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Promotional or complimentary items
  • Clearance or final sale products

Refunds

Please allow 5–10 business days after we receive your return for processing.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

No direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, we recommend placing a new order after your return is processed.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at shopcastorbeauty@gmail.com 

Please include your order number and photos of the item so we can assist you quickly.

Return Monitoring

To protect our community and maintain fairness, Castor Beauty reserves the right to limit or refuse returns in cases of suspected misuse or excessive return activity.
